Professional Background:
Sherif Attar, a Management Consultant and Trainer, has been in the business for many years. Sherif worked for Xerox Corporation and moved in several arenas: sales, marketing, customer satisfaction and training through Xerox Regional Office. He led the development of company branches, affiliates, sister companies as well as headquarters. He designed and delivered training programs in many areas, (such as leadership, motivation, performance management and problem-solving skills, sales, management, customer satisfaction, communication, creative thinking, handling difficult people,) ... Those programs were delivered in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and the USA.
He initiated the cultural change in Xerox, by training and coaching key managers providing tools, protocol, communication techniques…., identifying pitfalls and ways of closing gaps. As a regional quality manager, he established company top executives skill development plan to build and recharge their teams.
After Xerox, Sherif expanded his local/regional/international work to several major multinational companies like Nestle, Maersk, Abercrombie, 3M, American Express, Mercedes Benz, Orange, Vodafone, Orascom, Ooredoo, Barwa, Shell, Johnson & Johnson, Allianz, Mars, Coca Cola, Esso, Barkley, DHL, American Chamber of Commerce, German Chamber of Commerce, Ipsos among others. His work included consultation, establishing assessment centers, OD (Organizational Development) and HR development. He drove top management vision, mission and objectives setting and pioneered cascading skills and knowledge to company teams, which led to measurable breakthrough business achievements.
